CultureBaby

Not Your Average Gift!

Culture Baby is one of my favorite sites (I may be biased, the founder is a friend of mine). If you are looking to add a little international flare or find something unique to surprise the important little one in your life- this is the place to go. The site is much more than just a shop. It supports and promotes exposure and knowledge of cultures beyond your own. The Blog tells stories of where new products came from and how they were made. It also features “CultureBaby Moms” each month sharing their unique experiences.

I encourage you to check out the site even if it is just for the blog, here are some of my favorites if you find yourself doing some shopping:

Last year we got our little one these Language Learning Baby Blocks. They are classic wooden blocks made in the USA and offered in more than 10 languages. We got them in Arabic and they are great fun for practicing the letters or just building.

It should come as no surprise that I am partial to the Moroccan products. My little one’s Moroccan styled room has both a Moroccan Plush Camel and a Moroccan Pouf. In fact, we may be adding a second pouf and little table for tea parties.

This year I think an Irish Hand Knit Sweater may find it’s way under our Christmas tree. I love all the color choices.
